Accounts Receivable Clerk

Accounts Receivable (A/R) Clerk — Puente Hills Toyota Puente Hills Toyota is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Business Office team. This position is responsible for processing accounts receivable transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring billing and collection activities are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities Process accounts receivable billing, collections, and supporting documentation.

Reconcile accounts receivable schedules daily and resolve discrepancies.

Process daily cash receipts and prepare bank deposits.

Post factory invoices and reconcile factory accounts.

Follow up on past-due accounts and prepare aging reports for management.

Maintain organized and accurate accounting records and files.

Assist with month-end closing activities.

Follow established accounting procedures and quality control processes.

Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and two years of related accounting experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred.

Strong understanding of accounting procedures, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, and banking.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Tekion experience preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Professional communication and customer service skills.
