Responsibilities- Implement Kinder Care’s curriculum consistently with the unique needs of each child.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
- Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
- Collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
- Develop positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
- Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multi‑task and handle multiple situations effectively.
- State‑specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
- CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
- Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
- Ability to maintain postures allowing close visual and physical contact with children.
- Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
Range of pay $17.95 – $17.95 hourly. In the state of Minnesota, a $3.00 per hour premium is provided for all classroom hours worked as part of the Minnesota Great Start Grant Compensation Support Program.
