• Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent to keep projects moving
• Coordinate, create and update schedules and materials
• Communicate progress to customers and set expectations
• Update our CRM and keep project details clean and organized
• Work with the production team and suppliers
• Help update jobs with documentation, photos, and final details

• Solid organization skills and a love for communication
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
• A friendly, customer‑first attitude
• Experience in construction/roofing is a plus – not required
• Comfortable with tech and willing to learn new tools
