Pl invites a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in California. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling moves, updating CRM records, and supporting operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
As the primary liaison, you will resolve issues, coordinate with dispatchers and crews, and contribute to post-move follow-ups, surveys, and claims. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus in our diverse team.
