** Major Essential Duties:
*** Promptly and professionally answer multiple inbound calls with the goal to provide an exceptional client experience and schedule a solid and specific service reservation with the service team.
* Provide clients with information pertaining to current service offerings.
* Proactively contacting clients to remind them of scheduled reservations, rescheduling missed reservations, and politely reminding clients of due & overdue services.
* Keep current with service specials, all direct mail pieces, and recall notices from the manufacturer.
* Other duties as assigned.## Qualifications

* Qualifications:
**

**** Previous customer service or call center experience or equivalent education and experience.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
* Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
* Organization and attention to detail.
* Must be able to work flexible hours and days, including some weekends.
