Graphic Business Solutions (GBS) is seeking an ambitious and self‑driven Digital Production Designer II to join our team in El Cajon Valley, just east of San Diego.

• Design and manage custom templates for client‑specific needs.
• Oversee MBS/Classic Utility management, ensuring processes run smoothly.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Customer's Canvas for creating artwork.
• Employ Esko Phoenix for managing production workflows.
• Use Callas PDFToolBox and Enfocus Pit Stop Pro for pre‑flighting print files.
• Work with Fiery Command Workstation for print file queuing and applying presets to incoming print files.
• Troubleshoot workflow and process issues with technical proficiency.
• Adhere to standard printing specifications for bleed, trim, and safe margins.
• Assist the marketing team in producing print, packaging, advertising, and digital graphics.
• Handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment with efficiency.
• Prioritize quality over quantity and ensure brand consistency in every project.
• Review and proof orders before customer approval.
• Follow defined workflows and timelines to ensure efficient order progression.
• Work well in a team environment, contributing to team goals.

• Three or more years of experience in digital production roles, preferably with a $50 M+ business.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Typing speed of 40 WPM with 90 % accuracy.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
