As a Neighborhood Physician you will be part of a Care Team focused on delivering the best patient experience. Your responsibilities include oversight of advanced practice providers, prescription administration, patient education, prenatal and postnatal care, surgical procedures when appropriate, referrals, follow‑ups, and physical examinations.

• Review patient files and records.
• Elicit and record medical history.
• Examine patients for symptoms.
• Order and execute tests, analyses, and diagnostic images.
• Analyze reports and diagnoses.
• Prescribe medication dosage and schedule.
• Prescribe and administer vaccinations.
• Document visits promptly.
• Stay informed of organizational activities and promote mission.
• Monitor electronic communications.
• Operate at the highest professional level.
• Enhance patient experience with values of Transforming Care.

• Maintain professional relationships with staff, clients, and the public.
• Work cooperatively to achieve department goals.

• Education: MD or DO.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  • CA Medical license.
  • Board certified in a Primary Care field.
  • DEA license.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA‑approved).
• Experience/Specialized

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) or (English/Arabic) strongly desired.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations.

US $229,100–$385,000 annually, depending on experience.
