Job Description

SUMMARY:

Under administrative leadership, it is the responsibility of part time faculty to perform tasks that support the visions, missions, and values of the colleges and District. Part time faculty have responsibilities regarding their classroom assignment, evaluation of students, curriculum, student advising, professional development, and any assignment-specific needs.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Public Administration, or a closely related field and two years of experience in the water/wastewater industry, public works, or closely related field; OR
  • Associate's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Public Administration, Water/Wastewater Technology, or related field and six years of experience in the water/wastewater industry, public works, or related field; OR
  • The equivalent.
