HVAC Instructor

• Deliver engaging lectures and hands‑on training in HVAC systems and technology.
• Develop and update curriculum to reflect current industry standards and practices.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom and workshop environment.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success and program growth.
• Stay current with HVAC trends and advancements to ensure relevant instruction.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
• Guide students in obtaining necessary certifications and licenses in the HVAC field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
• Teaching experience or a passion for education is highly preferred.
• Relevant certifications, such as EPA 608, NATE, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Commitment to student success and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in using technology and educational tools for instruction.

Compensation: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
