- Visits job sites and performs quality audits to ensure that route work is completed efficiently and in a cost-effective manner.
- Performs NIM job audit within 15 days of construction and modernization turnovers, identifies issues that could affect reliability, and provides feedback for improvement.
- Assists mechanics with jobs, including troubleshooting and on-the-job training.
- Uses accounting reports to review route profitability and callbacks, providing data and reports to management.
- Takes part in and assists with safety training.
- Provides technical input to sales staff on scope of work and materials needed to bid repair work, including labor and material cost calculations.
- Provides feedback to service manager prior to field evaluations and performance ratings.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local elevator industry code requirements.
- Maintains strong familiarity with company products by attending training classes and reviewing factory equipment updates and supplier goods.
- Determines materials needed for repairs and orders parts.
- Thorough knowledge of the construction industry with general management skills, or general business knowledge typically acquired through a Bachelor’s degree, or at least two years managing at a branch departmental level, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to write reports, contract proposals and business correspondence.
- Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from management and customers.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, and manage several abstract and concrete variables.

Salary range: $85,000-$130,000 with additional annual incentive compensation 0% - 75%. The role offers a car allowance or company vehicle and fuel card.
