About the Role

As a Senior Financial Analyst
, you will play a key role in shaping Allevio’s financial strategy, supporting M&A activity, and guiding operational performance across our network of clinics. You’ll work closely with finance, operations, and executive leadership to evaluate acquisition targets, build advanced financial models, and provide insights that influence decision‑making at the highest levels.

This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility position designed for a senior contributor who excels in fast‑paced, data‑driven environments and brings both strategic thinking and strong analytical execution.
Experience in healthcare finance and M&A is strongly preferred, as this role supports acquisition evaluation, integration, and portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with accounting, operations, and clinic leaders to gather, validate, and interpret financial and operational data.

Build, refine, and maintain complex financial models, including pro formas, valuation analyses, and scenario planning.

Assess acquisition opportunities through detailed financial statement review, historical performance analysis, and forward‑looking projections.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned clinics and functional areas.

Identify revenue, efficiency, and cost‑optimization opportunities within newly onboarded and mature clinics.

Support the CFO throughout the M&A lifecycle, including financial due diligence, market research, and integration planning.

Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive‑ready reporting that drive clarity and accountability.

Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and executive decision‑making.

Serve as a thought partner to leadership, providing insights that shape operational and financial strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (strong accounting foundation required).

5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or FP&A.

Experience in healthcare, multi‑site operations, or provider‑based financial environments strongly preferred.

M&A experience (evaluation, modeling, or integration) highly valued.

Proven ability to build and interpret complex financial models and communicate insights clearly.
