About the TeamThe Incubation & Growth team sits at the forefront of Res Med’s digital health innovation pipeline. We explore, validate, and scale novel AI‑enabled and digital‑first solutions that address unmet needs in sleep health, chronic disease management, and consumer wellness.
Our team works at speed, blends clinical and technical expertise, and partners deeply with design, engineering, research, commercial, and regional teams to bring bold ideas to life.
About the RoleAs Lead Digital Product Manager - Digital & AI Products, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution for new digital and AI‑powered products from concept through validation and readiness for scale.
You will shape early‑stage product opportunities, lead structured experimentation, define product direction, and partner cross‑functionally to deliver solutions that are clinically credible, desirable to users, technically feasible, and commercially viable.
This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, navigates complexity with confidence, and can bring together business strategy, digital experience design, AI/ML capability, and clinical insight to create transformative new offerings.
What You’ll Do Product Strategy & VisionDevelop and own product strategy for new digital and AI solutions aligned with Res Med’s mission and portfolio priorities.
Identify and size meaningful problem spaces through user insights, market intelligence, clinical evidence, and experimentation frameworks.
Craft compelling product narratives and business cases that drive alignment across executive sponsors and global partners.
Lead the product lifecycle from ideation → prototyping → validation → iteration → scale readiness.
Translate customer, patient, and provider needs into clear requirements, experience goals, and success metrics.
Maintain a transparent roadmap and prioritization framework balancing desirability, viability, feasibility, and compliance needs.
Partner closely with AI/ML, data science, and clinical teams to integrate advanced models responsibly and safely.
Ensure alignment with privacy, regulatory, quality, and responsible AI frameworks.
Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and assess their applicability to product opportunities and business model innovation.
Collaborate with engineering, UX/design, clinical, regulatory, commercial, and operations teams to bring early concepts to life.
Facilitate structured experimentation including pilots, prototypes, and early market tests to rapidly validate assumptions.
Enable teams with clarity, context, and decision frameworks to drive high‑quality execution and velocity.
Mentor and guide product managers and team members, helping grow product thinking and experimentation culture.
Influence across global teams and stakeholders, building alignment and securing support for incubation initiatives.
Foster a culture of curiosity, inclusive leadership, and continuous improvement.
Understand Res Med’s strategy, commercial model, clinical priorities, and digital ecosystem strategy.
Connect early‑stage product decisions to enterprise outcomes—clinical, commercial, operational, and technical.
Build business cases and value frameworks that reflect realistic pathways to scale and sustainable adoption.
Maintain deep awareness of digital health trends, AI/ML advancements, consumer behaviour, regulatory environments, and competitive landscapes.
Anticipate how shifts in healthcare, technology, and reimbursement models create new product opportunities.
