Benefits Manager

Kforce has a client in El Cajon, CA that is seeking a Benefits Manager. There is a heavy preference for an in‑office schedule. We are open to hybrid but would require 5‑days a week onsite for training. We are looking to bring in this person as soon as the first week of December. Expected conclusion of the role is expected to be around June 2026.

• 1 year of experience required
• Strong background in leaves: full cycle leave administration;
  Experience approving and denying leaves
• Multi‑state experience preferred
• Worker’s comp experience
• Construction WC preferred
• Benefits experience: can explain benefits to employees & answer their questions
• 401k experience nice to have but not required
• HRIS experience required
• UKG experience preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
