Part‑Time Registered Nurse (RN) – El Cajon

Primarily serving patients in El Cajon, CA and nearby San Diego County locations. Part‑time, flexible hours based on patient needs. Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

• Provide direct, skilled nursing care to patients in their homes following established care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patient conditions, reporting significant changes to the physician and clinical supervisor.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication compliance, and health maintenance.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency policies and state/federal regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team (Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Home Health Aides, etc.).

• Current, unencumbered California Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience in a clinical setting, preferably in home health, acute care, or skilled nursing facility.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Excellent clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Must be professional, empathetic, and dedicated to providing quality care.
