Seeking an experienced Clinic Charge Nurse (RN) to support daily operations in a fast-paced outpatient setting. This role is approximately 70-80% administrative and 20-30% clinical
, combining staff leadership with hands-on patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily patient flow, triage, and clinical operations
• Supervise, delegate, and support clinical staff
• Manage scheduling, coverage, and timecards
• Monitor quality, compliance, and clinic inventory
• Collaborate with providers to ensure efficient patient care

Requirements:

• Current CPR certification
• Strong knowledge of outpatient clinic workflows and patient care
• Leadership and staff supervision skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Community health or tribal clinic experience preferred
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage
