Requirements- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences.
- Lead one or more departments (Guest Service, Kitchen, People) and manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and upper management.
- In Guest Service, ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train staff, and keep Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas organized.
- In Kitchen, ensure high-quality food delivery, food safety, cost control, and training of kitchen staff on production procedures.
- In People, hire qualified crew, train and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals, and motivate and recognize crew.
- Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
- Positive team player with flexible schedule, fun-loving attitude, and passion for fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 15-25 days paid vacation
