What You Need to Bring:
- At least two (2) years of inside solar sales experience (required).
- Ability to work onsite at our El Cajon, CA location.
- Proven track record in inside sales, outbound calling, or phone-based closing
- Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage inbound leads and create outbound opportunities.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems.
- Strong typing skills to keep up with CRM notes and customer follow-up.
