As an Automotive Sales Associate, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Building rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Providing detailed product information and assisting with vehicle selection.
• Facilitating test drives and coordinating appointments with our sales team.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships.
• Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
