Role Requirements for a Client Account Manager Trainee

• Assist customers in navigating AT&T Fiber Internet service options, speed tiers, and upgrade pathways tailored to household connectivity needs.
• Support activations, billing adjustments, and account modifications with precision, ensuring data accuracy, compliance oversight, and secure documentation.
• Shadow senior account managers to gain expertise in account lifecycle management, retention strategies, and customer relationship stewardship within the fiber framework.
• Track KPIs and sales performance metrics to monitor adoption trends, identify improvement opportunities, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with leadership to streamline workflows and synchronize sales activities with AT&T Fiber product launches, promotional campaigns, and retention initiatives.
