• Starting salary of $36.75 per hour
• Additional shift differential pay of $2.50 per hour
• Stable hours for your financial stability
• Tool allowance reimbursement up to $1,000
• Boot allowance worth an additional $350

• Monday – Friday
• Second Shift 4:30 pm to 2:00 am
• Every other Saturday and some overtime
• Repair / maintenance shop at our El Cajon, CA site

• Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment
• Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts
• Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs)
• Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns
• Safety checks on vehicles to protect employees and the community
• Complete required paperwork, document parts usage, and repair times
• Assist senior Mechanics in project work
• Review or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Be over 18 years of age
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
• Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical

• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and climbing; constant standing, walking, and grasping; occasional sitting and balancing

The expected base pay rate for this position across the U.S. is $36.75. This rate is a good faith estimate and may be influenced by factors including experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
