Title: Service Plumber
Reports To: Service Manager
Job Summary: This position is equivalent to a "Journeyman" with 5 or more years of experience and mastery knowledge of commercial plumbing.

• Assist with daily guidance, training, and direction to the plumbing crew.
• Perform work under minimal supervision.
• Handle complex issues, referring only the most complex to higher-level staff.
• Assemble, install, and repair plumbing systems according to project specifications and codes, including pipes, fittings, fixtures, boilers, hydronic heating, water, drainage, and medgas systems.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain work quality.
• Maintain professionalism with team members, contractors, clients, and vendors.
• Analyze information and evaluate results to make decisions and solve problems.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, manuals, codes, and specifications.
• Demonstrate good analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively and follow directions.
• Lift and move heavy objects with manual dexterity.
• Maintain physical stamina and work independently to ensure quality work done correctly the first time.
