Cirrus Asset Management is seeking a diligent Maintenance Technician in El Cajon, CA to perform routine upkeep and repairs on apartments and common areas. You will handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC tasks and preventive maintenance to ensure safety and comfort for residents.
Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and relevant certifications are a plus. The role runs Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with competitive benefits.
The following position is for a Property Maintenance Technician (Mon-Fri, $23-25/hr) with Cirrus Asset Management.
