Large healthcare facility in southern California east of San Diego, north of Mexicali, and south of Palm Springs is looking for an OBGYN to join their group.
- BC/BE OBGYN
- Currently 1 provider in the group but have 7 total that take call and deliver
- Restricted and unrestricted call - you must come into the hospital as there is not a Hospitalist group
- No robotics currently
- Clinic 25-35 patients per day - inpatient depends on volume
- EMR used is Quadramen and Eclinical works - moving to Cerner in April 2024
- J-1 or H1-B visas ok
- Base base salary for 2 yrs then strictly WRVU model for all productivity, surgeries, visits, etc
- $360-400K based on experience and open to discussion for the right candidate
- Plenty of other benefits including Sign On, Relo, and loan repayment options
