Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking mission-driven professionals to lead behavioral health teams in high-demand situations, ensuring the well-being of unaccompanied minors during surge operations and backfill needs in El Centro, CA.

* 1099 Contractor Position | ONSITE Role Your Role:
Leadership When It Matters Most
* Lead & support a specialized behavioral health team during surges or backfill needs
* Conduct behavioral assessments & mental health evaluations for unaccompanied minors
* Provide immediate crisis intervention & trauma-informed support
* Ensure effective, culturally sensitive care in collaboration with facility staff
* Proactively engage with at-risk youth to ensure their well-being
* Mentor & guide behavioral health specialists in best practices
* Maintain accurate documentation & shift reports Who We Need:
* Master's degree or higher in Behavioral Health (MS/MSW/MA)
* Independent License in California (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC)
* Experience leading or supervising behavioral health teams in fast-paced environments
* Strong crisis intervention & trauma-informed care expertise
* Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required Be the Leader They Need in Critical Moments.
