What You’ll Receive:$18.50/hour for experienced caregivers
$21–$23/hour for on-call/stand-by shifts (with mileage reimbursement)
Weekly pay via direct deposit
Health, dental, life, and vision insurance (after 90 days – includes Kaiser, Blue Shield, and Mediexcel)

Client matching based on your strengths and preferences
Ongoing professional training and skills development

Requirements to Apply:At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience
Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
Negative TB test within the past 2 years
Reliable transportation across San Diego County
Basic English communication skills
Smartphone access for documentation and communication
We Serve Clients Throughout Greater San Diego:Including but not limited to Alpine, Bonita, Carlsbad, Chula Vista, El Cajon, Encinitas, Escondido, Fallbrook, La Mesa, Oceanside, Poway, San Diego, San Marcos, Santee, Vista, and more.
