Reporting to the Management team, Sales Associates serve as brand ambassadors inside and outside the store, ensuring the company’s success within the recreational cannabis landscape. They are curious, thoughtful, and sales-oriented, imparting cannabis knowledge to build loyal customer relationships.

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma.
• Open availability for all required hours, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays. Employees must be able to work 2 weekend days (Friday–Sunday).

• Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and working on a computer.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, kneel, squat, and twist.

• Partnered with United Food and Commercial Workers International Union (UFCW).
