Facilities Coordinator – Nashville, TN
Murphy USA is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the Regional Facilities Manager through work order management, vendor coordination, invoice review, vendor onboarding, and administrative support.
Location- Field Based:
Nashville, TN (Midwest Region)
- Full-time
- Entry level
- Management and Manufacturing
- Schedule and oversee routine and preventive maintenance, and manage delayed work orders.
- Coordinate and maintain vendor relationships.
- Prepare detailed reports on vendor KPIs, facility spend, and asset data.
- Update asset data and allocate repair spend appropriately.
- Ensure warranties are captured and utilized for future repairs.
- Provide administrative support to the Regional Facilities Manager.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
- Experience in dispatching, call center, or administrative roles.
