Your responsibilities involve scheduling Team Members and maintaining the assigned Labor allocation for each shift. You will prepare quarterly POP marketing materials and train the team on proper presentation and storage of new products. You will coordinate with the WOW committee on events and initiatives in your market. You will post the weekly SMG report on the information board, noting any areas needing attention in the weekly meeting.

Additionally, you will report staffing needs and advise the team on upcoming issues.

Team Members Scheduling
  • Review weekly forecast with GM
  • Review requests for days off
  • Complete weekly schedule by Wednesday for GM approval
  • Review week’s schedule with GM
  • Local Store Marketing (LSM)
  • Prepare new POP materials upon arrival
  • Complete menu price changes as needed
  • Review new products with Managers for team training
  • WOW Events
  • Coordinate with WOW committee on event details (team members, setup, cleanup)
  • SMG Reports
  • Print and post weekly SMG reports on the communication board
  • Communicate with Service Ambassadors regarding SMG and improvement areas
  • Prepare SMG reports for bi-weekly meetings
  • Prepare for bi-weekly meetings
  • New Products & Staffing
  • Train team members on new products
  • Complete all forms related to your position for weekly meetings
  • Advise the team on concerns and gather input for scheduling
