Hotel General Manager – Southern Arkansas
We are seeking a visionary hospitality leader to take the helm of our landmark boutique hotel and elevate the guest experience. This is more than a traditional General Manager role—it’s an opportunity to inspire a team, create unforgettable experiences, and leave a lasting legacy.

- 3–5+ years as a Hotel General Manager in boutique, lifestyle, or high‑concept full‑service properties
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage operations
- Demonstrated success in revenue management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Deep knowledge of Hilton brand standards, loyalty programs, and guest‑experience expectations, or similar
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring high‑performing teams
- Experience leveraging boutique or lifestyle hotel storytelling and local market positioning
- Expertise in sales, marketing, and community engagement initiatives
- Ability to drive operational innovation while maintaining brand compliance
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on P&L insights
Compensation: $125,000 - $135,000
