Pay
Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $29.52/hr
Job Responsibilities- Laptop/PC imaging, configuration, and setup
- Delivering new devices, data transfer, and connecting to M365 cloud services
- Software installs & configurations
- Working Incident/Request tickets in Service Now
- Windows 11 & M365 suite support
- Basic Wi‑Fi/network troubleshooting
- Managing hardware asset inventory
- Fast‑paced – must be organized and adaptable
- Experience in a plant/manufacturing setting is a plus
- Strong experience with Laptop/PC imaging & setup (primary focus)
- Reliable transportation to rotate between 3 Lanxess sites
- Any 8‑hour shift between 7 AM – 5 PM (30‑min lunch)
- Standard shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
