• Laptop/PC imaging, configuration, and setup
• Delivering new devices, data transfer, and connecting to M365 cloud services
• Software installs & configurations
• Working Incident/Request tickets in Service Now
• Printer troubleshooting
• Windows 11 & M365 suite support
• Basic Wi-Fi/network troubleshooting
• Managing hardware asset inventory
• Providing excellent customer support
• Fast-paced-must be organized and adaptable
• Experience in a plant/manufacturing setting is a plus

• Strong experience with Laptop/PC imaging & setup (primary focus)
• Reliable transportation to rotate between 3 Lanxess sites:
  • El Dorado Central Plant: 2226 Haynesville Highway, El Dorado, AR 71730
  • El Dorado South Plant: 324 Southfield Cutoff HWY 167, El Dorado, AR 71730
  • El Dorado West Plant: 5821 Shuler Road, El Dorado, AR 71730

• Any 8-hour shift between 7 AM - 5 PM (30-min lunch)
• Standard shift listed: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
