At this time, we are looking for a CV Operator‑Upstairs to join our Amer Cable team.

• Set up and operate downstairs areas of the catenary line.
• Monitors equipment performance and adjusts setups, calibrations and alignments.
• Work safely & follow all safety rules.
• Follow all plant rules.
• Producing quality products using working instructions, SOP’s, One‑Point Lessons, and other training.
• Comply with Amer Cable 5S standards at all times.
• Sustain ISO
  9001.
• Communicate with supervisors & co‑workers.
• Take directions from supervisors and perform other duties as requested.
• Adheres to all Amer Cable’s Safety Standards and Safe Work Practices.
• Follows and abides by Amer Cable Code of Ethics and Business Conduct Standards.

• High School Diploma.
• 2‑Year associate’s degree, WAGE Certification, or Manufacturing Experience.
• Must be able to physically move material.
• Must be able to pass Amer Cable lift truck operator safety course.
• Good reading comprehension and basic math skills are required.
• Must have basic mechanical skills.
• Must be able to operate a workstation computer.
• Must be able to use stairs to access the upstairs operator area.
• Ability to work extended hours as needed, including weekends and holidays.
