- Bachelor’s degree in a general field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the engineered wood products industry
- At least 5 years of sales experience
- Experience or strong background in commercial construction and engineered wood products
- Strong background in real estate transactions, public contracting, and contract negotiations
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, execute sales plans, and analyze markets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; EWP design software experience a plus
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Develop and execute sales plans to expand market share in commercial, industrial, and mass timber segments
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and distributors
- Drive demand via product specification and industry stakeholder education
- Analyze market trends and identify new distribution opportunities
- Support regional partners to grow market share and profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to secure key accounts
- Monitor competitive activity, pricing, and order trends for strategic positioning
- Participate in trade events, plant tours, and marketing initiatives
- Set objectives and develop action plans to improve long‑term sales and margin growth
- Provide quotes, manage distributor effectiveness, and support development of marketing tools
