ResponsibilitiesMaster our sales process within a remarkable six‑month timeframe—an achievement typically requiring up to a year—while leading the team, innovating strategies, and redefining benchmarks in the supplemental insurance industry. As you cultivate and expand market presence, you will mentor new team members and impart success strategies.

- Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
- Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain with study course provided and licensing fee reimbursement).
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years of post‑high‑school work experience (eligible candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with less than 4 years of relevant sales/athletic background).
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program.
- Weekly draw pay plus commissions (no caps, 3‑business‑day sales cycle), monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
