Job Duties

• Supports teaching staff throughout the day.
• Utilizes appropriate language, interactions, and positive discipline.
• Helps prepare classroom materials for scheduled activities.
• Assist with clean up following meals.
• Helps supervise playground activities.
• Models and reinforces appropriate behavior.
• Assist with general upkeep of classroom, kitchen, and playground areas.

Required knowledge and skills:

• Basic knowledge of Early Childhood Education
• Preference will be given to a student seeking an Early Childhood or Elementary Education Degree
• Must complete KDHE Orientation with the Center Manager.
