Position Title Student Worker:
Marketing Department/Social Media and Writer

This position will assist the College Relations & Marketing Department with a variety of tasks, but mainly will focus on creating authentic content for social media, especially Tik Tok and Instagram, and writing for email content and social media. Some scheduling events into online calendars and web editing may be performed as well. Interest in photography and videography is a plus.

The applicant may be requested to authorize the College to procure a consumer report(s) for employment purposes.

We regret that the College is unable to sponsor employment Visas or consider individuals on time-limited Visa status.

• Comfortable on camera and behind the camera for authentic social media content
• Knowledgeable about Tik Tok & Instagram trends
• Effective and efficient writing skills.
• Some experience with Microsoft Office, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to establish and maintain productive work relationships with staff, faculty and students.
• Able to work independently to complete assignments neatly and accurately with little supervision.
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends to cover college events for social media.
• Actively involved in campus life; on-campus living is a plus

• General office environment.
• Computer experience preferred.
