Russell Marine Products, LLC is a leader in the Marine Electronics and accessories industry, specializing in high-performance products for anglers and boaters across the country. We are seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our fast-paced and passionate team in El Dorado, Kansas. If you’re enthusiastic about fishing, boating, and delivering exceptional service, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with product selection via phone, email, and in-person inquiries

Educate customers on the features and benefits of marine electronics, accessories, and rigging solutions

Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all brands and product lines

Generate quotes, process orders, and manage follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and service

Stay informed on new products, industry trends, and promotions

Contribute to sales goals by developing new leads and nurturing existing customer relationships

Create engaging content (videos, social posts, and forum replies) to educate and inspire the marine community.

Represent RMP on social platforms, forums, and industry groups.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge or passion for fishing, boating, and marine electronics (required)

Must have prior sales experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude

Proficient in basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, POS/order entry systems)

Salary + Commission Position

Total Compensation Range: $70,000 – $125,000, based on performance and experience
