Castle Steel Inc. is looking for Plasma Machine Operators to join their team in the El Mirage, AZ

If you have 1+ year of experience in a machining , manufacturing, or construction environment, this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss! Prior steel industry experience is a plus !

• Material Handling – Oversee the staging loading of steel for processing using overhead cranes & forklifts.
• Setup & Operation – Select & replace consumables, set cutting parameters, adjust feed rates.
• Quality Control – Check finished pieces with appropriate tools to match plans.
• Maintenance - Coordinates the maintenance, daily cleaning, calibration & upgrades to equipment.
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
• Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of job, department or crew.
• Other duties as assigned
