Salary Range: $30.00 To $35.00 Hourly

The Industrial Coating Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day coating operations, ensuring quality standards are met, training employees on equipment and coating processes, and maintaining production schedules. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage personnel, equipment, quality control, and project timelines.

• Oversee and coordinate daily industrial coating operations.
• Supervise coating crews and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Train and mentor employees on coating equipment, application techniques, and company procedures.
• Lead and oversee all Quality Control (QC) activities to ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct inspections and verify coating quality throughout the production process.
• Maintain production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations.
• Assist with troubleshooting coating-related issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Work alongside crews as needed and remain actively involved in coating operations.

• Previous supervisory experience in industrial coating, painting, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of coating applications, equipment, and surface preparation methods.
• Experience with quality control procedures and inspection processes.
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications and work instructions.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and training abilities.
• Proficient with recordkeeping and production documentation.
• Valid driver's license and pass drug screening, including marijuana

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in industrial environments and varying weather conditions.
• Must be capable of wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
