The Golf Course Greenskeeper plays a pivotal role in maintaining the pristine condition and aesthetic appeal of our golf course. Working diligently across various aspects of course maintenance and construction, you will contribute to ensuring that our facilities consistently meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. From mowing and edging greens to planting and cultivating turf, your efforts will directly impact the overall playing experience for our members and guests.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our groundskeeping team, leveraging your expertise and attention to detail to address any issues and implement enhancements that elevate the beauty and functionality of our course.

• Engage in routine manual labor essential for the maintenance of the golf course, ensuring its impeccable appearance and functionality
• Expertly mow greens, tees, and collars to precise specifications, enhancing the playing experience for golfers
• Diligently rake and maintain sand bunkers, ensuring they meet the highest standards of playability and aesthetics
• Skillfully edge cart paths, bunkers, sprinkler heads, and drains, contributing to the overall tidiness and safety of the course
• Operate light equipment proficiently to transport materials and efficiently remove debris, facilitating smooth course operations
• Provide valuable assistance in the construction of new greens, tees, and fairways by participating in grading, soil preparation, and planting activities
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficiency in operating hand and power tools essential for golf course maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to operate riding mowers, tractors, and other specialized equipment used in golf course maintenance.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and their maintenance is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Constantly stand, walk, push, pull, lift grasp, bend and kneel;
  Frequently use arms and hands
• Manual dexterity for using golf equipment
• Clear vision and hearing to communicate effectively
• Capability to lift up and carry up to 20 pounds
• Depending on the season, there is a possibility of encountering cold temperatures, heat, humidity, rain, and cold temperatures.
