The Golf Range Picker is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑organized driving range. This role plays an important part in the overall guest experience by ensuring range balls are picked efficiently, washed properly, and consistently stocked for golfers. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety‑minded, and able to work independently in an outdoor environment.

• Operate the range picker vehicle to collect golf balls from the driving range safely and efficiently.
• Empty, clean, and maintain the ball washer; ensure clean golf balls are continuously supplied to the range.
• Set up and restock driving range stations, including mats, tees, and ball baskets.
• Maintain cleanliness of the range area, including collecting broken tees, debris, and trash.
• Ensure all range equipment (picker, carts, ball washers, utility vehicles) is cleaned and stored properly after use.
• Follow all safety protocols, especially when operating machinery while the range is in use.
• Communicate any equipment issues, shortages, or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Assist with additional golf operations tasks as needed.

• Problem‑Solving Abilities:
  Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to operate light machinery and vehicles safely (training provided).
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Typical hours are 3 pm – 7 pm.
