Wishare Media Group is a digital advertising agency based in Los Angeles, focused on driving growth for e‑commerce and DTC brands through paid media, content production, and influencer strategy. We are seeking a Content Creator with strong visual instincts and hands‑on production skills to support the agency’s content studio. This role is responsible for concepting, producing, and editing short‑form video, social media assets, and campaign content for paid and organic use.

This is a full‑time, on‑site position located at our El Monte, CA office.

• Plan, film, and edit short‑form video content for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, and paid ad placements.
• Create platform‑native content aligned with product messaging, campaign goals, and brand tone.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm content concepts, scripting, and visual storytelling.
• Source props, prepare shooting environments, and manage basic production logistics.
• Support influencer and social media initiatives by editing UGC, testimonial clips, and branded video formats.
• Participate in on‑site shoots, capturing dynamic content from events or activations.
• Optimize creative for platform specifications and repurpose content across channels.

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Design, or related creative field (Required).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in short‑form video content creation (Required).
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, or other video‑editing tools.
• Familiarity with Tik Tok, Instagram, and You Tube content best practices.
• Ability to work quickly under creative direction and tight timelines.
• Excellent visual communication and storytelling instincts.
• Experience in a media, advertising, or DTC environment preferred.
