Customer Service Rep
Our Longo Lexus Booker Flaggers are responsible for prompt and accurate processing of customer pay, internal and external repair orders, and determining technicians' flagging rate. We are looking for a dedicated individual who shares our passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Come join our team! The Lexus Booker Flaggers position offers a pay scale with a base hourly compensation of $19.00.

- Process internal and external claims with labor operations and all necessary information to obtain the best return for the dealership.
- Review repair orders for proper completion, accuracy, and legibility according to policies and procedures.
- Return improperly completed repair orders for correction or completion.
- Determine and enter applicable labor operation codes, failure codes, parts stamps, and other administrative data on repair orders.
- Interpret and translate technician comments into damage and operation codes.
- Ensure correct parts have been charged and re-price if necessary.
- Locate damage codes for warranty repairs.
- Flag technicians for hours earned based on manufacturer policies and procedures.
- Support billing with customer pay repair orders.
- Coordinate with the warranty administrator to avoid duplicate claims and payments.
- Stay updated on product changes, new products, and warranties.
- Assist the Service Department as needed.
- Perform other administrative functions as directed by management.
- Maintain high ethical standards and professional appearance at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of dealership service administration experience preferred.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures, warranty policies, and basic mathematics.
- Ability to coordinate activities, understand instructions, and work well with the public.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
