We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Solutions Architect to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will design, develop, and oversee the implementation of infrastructure solutions. As a technical lead, you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that system designs align with business objectives while maintaining seamless integration, security, and optimal performance throughout the organization. The ability to provide strategic direction for infrastructure operation initiatives is essential.

• Provide guidance, leadership and technical expertise for all IT infrastructure initiatives.
• Architect, design and deliver highly available, reliable and cost‑effective infrastructure solutions for business needs.
• Obtain requirements from end users, department heads, or other IT teams.
• Architect solution and perform POC (Proof of Concept) testing and documentation.
• Initiate, facilitate and promote activities to foster IT infrastructure discoveries.
• Initiate, facilitate and promote activities to foster effective risk management awareness, including disaster avoidance, change and problem management.
• Develop cloud migration strategies to guarantee a smooth and uninterrupted transition from on‑premises infrastructures to cloud‑based environments.
• Implement auto‑scaling strategies effectively and recommend cost‑saving measures to optimize cloud resource utilization.
• Work with information security teams to apply cloud security best practices, including extensive knowledge of cloud networking, firewalls and encryption policies.
• Collaborate with Dev Ops to optimize CI/CD pipelines and maintain agile‑compatible cloud infrastructure. Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions such as Terraform, Cloud Formation or Ansible for automated provisioning of cloud resources.
• Proficient in analyzing and troubleshooting issues in distributed cloud infrastructure.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 8+ years experience with VMware, SAN, Cisco, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgement and strategic thinking under a minimum of supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The base pay range for this position is USD $/Yr.
