Licensed P&C Insurance Agent

Are you a bilingual P&C agent looking for a role that puts you in front of warm, ready-to-buy customers every single day? Our client, a well-established independent insurance agency embedded inside one of the most successful automotive dealerships in Southern California, is hiring a Licensed Insurance Agent to join their growing team.

This is not a cold calling role. You will be working directly with customers at the point of sale inside a high-traffic dealership environment, helping them protect their vehicles, homes, and assets through a trusted network of carrier partners.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin (required)

• Meet with dealership customers and assess their insurance needs
• Recommend and sell home, auto, and personal lines products
• Build relationships with referral contacts to generate new business
• Provide exceptional service throughout the entire client experience
• Collaborate with dealership colleagues to deliver a seamless customer journey
• Follow up with clients and prospects to drive retention and growth

• Active California Property and Casualty License (required)
• Minimum 4 years of insurance sales experience
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin (required)
• Outgoing, engaging personality with excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Team player who can also work independently

• Schedule:
  
  Five days per week including Saturdays, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Full-time and permanent
