Medical Scheduler - Bilingual Mandarin

Astrana Health is hiring a Scheduler in El Monte, CA to coordinate patient appointments, communicate with providers, and support clinic operations. Mandarin fluency is required, with additional languages a plus.

The role is full-time and on-site at 9700 Flair Drive. You will answer calls, schedule radiology, verify insurance, and assist multiple departments, including translation as needed, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some Saturdays.
