The Gill Corporation is seeking a Lay Up Operator Trainee in El Monte, CA to assist the Lay Up Operator in assembling precut materials into panels and liners. You will follow GPS work orders, ensure shelf-life compliance, and participate in setup, assembly and changeovers with safety and teamwork at the forefront.
The role requires basic math, reading measuring tools, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a manufacturing environment. DOD ITAR notes and weekend shifts may apply where needed.
