We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Los Angeles, CA area.
Locations:
El Monte, Monterey Park, Alhambra, San Gabriel Valley, West Covina, La Puente.
Pay: $40-50 per visit depending on experience.
Spanish / Mandarin / Cantonese / Vietnamese speaker highly preferred.
Immediate interviews with ASAP start.
Requirements- Valid & up-to-date license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting with direct patient care.
- Availability of at least two days per week; schedule visits at your convenience.
- Reliable transportation, current driver’s license, auto insurance.
- Good reporting and charting practices; preferred experience with our EMR system (DSL or Synergy) but not a deal‑breaker.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Ability to perform basic wound care, blood draw, and catheter care (or willingness to learn).
- Strong preference for nurses with home‑health experience.
- No new grads may apply due to regulatory requirements.
- Provide health care services in patients’ residences.
- Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- G-tube care and feeding, tracheostomy, and ventilator management and monitoring.
- Wound care & dressing changes.
- BS monitoring.
- Foley catheter care.
- Assist with activities of daily living for patients.
- Maintain patient care records and document provided services.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management.
Job Types: Per Diem, Part‑time.
