Social Service Facilitator

Job Summary

Nature of Service:
To facilitates the eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment and attendance (ERSEA) of children into the Head Start/State Preschool program; performs planning, implementing, internal monitoring, record-keeping, reporting and clerical duties related to enrollment and social services; links families with health, nutrition, parent involvement, disabilities and mental health services based on family strengths, concerns, needs and priorities via case management and social services to the families;

makes home visits as needed to ensure continued participation and progress in the program and does other related work as required.

Requirements /

Qualifications:

To work 60 days at an 8-hour a day. Basic Contract from : 11/06/26 to 02/12/27
