JOB SUMMARYHealth RIGHT 360, a nonprofit organization and a family of programs, is committed to providing accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations. Additionally, we provide transitional support for individuals re-entering the community after involvement in the criminal justice system.
By integrating physical and behavioral health, we empower individuals to overcome challenges by addressing social determinants of health, fostering resilience, and facilitating recovery.
The Prototypes Pre-Filing Diversion Program, a program of Health RIGHT 360, is part of a Los Angeles County-wide initiative, seeks to reimagine the justice system by diverting individuals arrested for misdemeanors and non-serious, non-violent felonies from criminal charges to community-based support services. The Pre-Filing Diversion Program (PFDP) formally called ATI addresses key factors leading to incarceration, including homelessness, mental health, addiction, and lack of employment opportunities.
Through collaboration with law enforcement and district attorneys, PFDP is working to build a sustainable network of providers that enhances the community's ability to support those in need.
